About Dr. Wesley Shaw

Dr. Shaw is an assoicate dentist at Valley Hills Dentistry but the only dentist you will see. Dr. Scott Smith currently owns Valley Hills Dentistry. Dr. Shaw was born in Gastonia, NC and graduated from North Lincoln High School.  He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then went on to graduate near the top of his class and obtain his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from one of the best clinical schools in the country, East Carolina University.  

Dr. Shaw is passionate about continuously improving in dentistry. He truly cares about each and everyone one of his patients and his team members.  In his spare time, he loves golfing, pick-up basketball, and spending time with his friends and family
